Our service resources are virtually unlimited, we operate an IBA programme which allows us to tap into hundreds of resources from hundreds of sources.

IBA stands for Independent Business Associate

Its use is as it reads, IBA's are independent businesses throughout the UK and some even in Europe that are associated with C3ntral and supply resources or services throughout our network.

C3ntral also have links with several agencies, including umbrella companies to house large numbers of contractors at any one time on projects.

This gives us a unique position where we can quote on work where everything is local, we don't have to send an engineer to move an EPoS system from our core team here in Scotland, we can simply pick up the phone to one of our IBA's and send them over the work documents related to the project which outlines exactly what they are required to do onsite.

Many companies actually operate in exactly the same way however most will boast about having engineers all over the UK, when they don't really have them, they are not employees, they're contractors.

We're upfront of our IBA network for the simple reason that we're proud of it. Each IBA member has the same standards imbedded in them simply due to running their own business, they know that an unsatisfied customer won't be coming back, that's what makes it work!
