Prior to the implementation of the exercise, we had direct contact from Fujitsu to agree dates/times of engineer visits and to obtain a list of engineers for building access. Our requests for start times were easily accommodated, and the engineers attended on time.

After the first weekend of the exercise there were some residual issues whereby a small block of monitors failed, and following contact with Fujitsu, some engineers attended site the next working day to resolve this problem which appeared to be due to a faulty batch of system boards.

In anticipation of further failures, the engineers obtained a small supply of spare monitors which they left on the second weekend of the exercise.

The exercise was successfully completed ahead of schedule by the third weekend, with no outstanding issues.

On the whole, and given the size of the task at our site, the exercise went very smoothly and any minor issues experienced were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Fujitsu.'
